Presented by Professor Cornelius Humbug, the Wishweweres are a collection of strange wondrous creatures, curiosities and natural oddities. They will come to life before your very eyes, to astound and entertain you. Their plays range from absurd to existential.

The Wishweweres have performed in every WInnipeg Puppet Slam to date. They have also appeared in other comedy and variety shows around the city.

Cast:

Groggle

Groggle is the founder and leader of the Wishweweres. He is philosophical, existential and depressed most of the time. He recently broke up with his ex-girlfriend Gothena.

Gordito

Groggle's best friend and roomate. Gordito loves to party and get into trouble. He often acts as the spokesperson for the Wishweweres as Groggle is usually too shy or depressed to talk to anyone.

Gothena

The poet of the group. A beautiful girl with a dark soul. She used to date Groggle but dumped him because she was tired of his whining. She now dates Sgrumpy.

The Maroon

Don't let that big smile fool you. He is crazy. The Maroon seems friendly most of the time but has been known to get into a fight or two.

Sgrumpy

Sgrumpy is into black metal and moshing. He is Gothena's boyfriend. Fun Fact: He has no nose. How does he smell? Terrible! Bwa ha ha ha!

Pink

What do we know about Pink? Well, she is pink. She also looks a lot like Gordito. Is she his sister? We have no idea.

Sad Sack

Nobody likes this guy.

Net Nanny

Net Nanny has one goal in life, to protect innocent minds from filth on the internet and to take over the world. Wait a sec. That's two goals. She has two goals in life.
